A varietal White Grenache, the wine Clua Il·lusió Blanc from bodega Celler Xavier Clua is a young Spanish white wine sourced from vinyeards situated on the outskirts of Vilalba dels Arcs, DO Terra Alta, western Catalonia.
Meticulously harvested, the grapes were cold-macerated with the skins at a temperature of 6-8ºC. Gently pressed, this young white wine was then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Clua Il·lusió Blanc 2025 was aged for 4 months on lees with periodic stirrings before bottling.
This is an uncomplicated, savoury white wine from Terra Alta.
