Produced by Celler Xavier Clua, the wine Mas d'en Pol Blanc is a blend of White Grenache, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
This young Spanish white wine is made from vines located near the village of Vilalba dels Arcs, in DO Terra Alta.
Harvested during the first half of September, the grapes were macerated with the skins for 18 hous and fermented under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Mas d'en Pol Blanc 2024 went straight into the bottle. Thus, this white wine from Terra Alta was not aged in any sort of wood.
