Comunica 2019
This is the new vintage of Comunica, also known as Comunica Suc de Sauló.
Produced in DO Montsant, this Spanish red wine is a blend of Grenache, Samsó (Carignan), and a tiny amount of Syrah. The vines, 25 to 70 years of age, are planted in sandy soils soils at an altitude around 370 metres above sea level.
This wine from Celler Comunica was meticulously vinified. The whole grapes were fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks for 15 days.
Then the red wine Comunica 2019 was aged on its lees in the tanks for a period of 10-12 months.
We suggest that you aerate this Crianza red wine 30 minutes before drinking.
