White Wine Cristiari Blanc 2021
Availability: In stock
The 2021 vintage of Cristiari Blanc has the same composition as the previous one.
This Spanish white wine from DO Costers del Segre is made from two trans-Pyrenean varieties; namely, Müller-Thurgau and Incrocio Manzoni (a crossing of Riesling and Pinot Blanc, mostly planted in the Italian region of Veneto).
First, the grapes of this white wine from Costers del Segre were gently crushed and destemmed.
Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks, using only a 60% of the free-run juice. After that, Cristiari Blanc 2021 went straight into the bottle.
This young white wine from the Vall de Baldomar winery is floral, subtle and quite attractive.
Bright and clean, the white wine Cristiari Blanc is medium straw with faint greenish nuances.
Original and delicate, with some intense notes of wild flowers and fruits, along with some notes of herbs and a subtle mineral echo. The blend of Müller-Thurgau & Incrocio Manzoni results in an unconventional nose.
This white wine from Vall de Baldomar is delicate and smooth. Remembrances of citrus and pears, some mineral hints and a crisp acidity. Lingering finish and a lemony, flowery aftertaste.
|Our personal opinion||
The wine Cristiari Blanc 2021 is a well-balanced white wine made from an extremely rare combination of grapes.
