Produced by the U Més U winery, the Cava Cygnus Sador Brut Nature is a blend of Xarel·lo & Macabeo (both coming from a single vineyard), and Parellada (coming from two different vineyards).
The grapes were harvested at their optimal ripening point. Then this organic Spanish sparkling wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Cygnus Sador Brut Nature completed secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged for a minimum of 15 months in the cellar.
Very versatile, this organic Cava brut nature will pair well with many kinds of food.
The Cava Cygnus Sador Brut Nature is medium straw with some greenish glints.
This blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada carries aromas of aromatic herbs, white fruit, fine lees, pastry and toast, nuanced with honey and flowers.
Intense and savoury notes of white fruit, herbs, almonds and citrus. This Cava of bodega U Més U is crisp and zippy, with tiny bubbles and a long, slightly bitter finish.
