Product Description
Details

The entry-level Spanish red wine of Bodegas Trus from DO Ribera del Duero, Trus Roble is sourced from several plots situated at 750 metres of altitude, near the villages of Piñel de Abajo, Pesquera de Duero and Quintanilla de Arriba, in the province of Valladolid.

A varietal Tempranillo coming from 15 to 20-year-old vines, the grapes were hand-picked and selected at the premises. Then they were fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at 24ºC.

After that, Trus Tinto Roble 2022 was aged for 3 months in French and American oak barrels.

Finally, this red wine from Ribera del Duero was kept in the bottle for some months before hitting the market.

Pair with rice and pasta recipes, cold cuts and medium aged cheeses.
