Product Description
Details

A brand of the Parxet Grup, the Portal del Montsant winery is the producer of Brunus Rosé.

A varietal Grenache, this Spanish rosé wine is made from 3 plots of vines aged 18 to 25 years, located in the towns of Darmòs, Capçanes and Marçà, in DO Montsant.

Harvested by hand, once in the cellar the grapes were first cold-macerated with the skins, and gently pressed.

After that, Brunus Rosé 2021 was fermented at a low temperature and aged on its lees until the next springtime.

Pair this rosé wine from Montsant with tapas, light dishes and Thai cuisine.

Value
Love the Spanish-style rosés, bolder that the French ones. Freeesh and substantial.
