Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017
One of Champagne's most legendary names, the sparkling wine Dom Pérignon Vintage is produced by Moët & Chandon only in exceptional vintages.
This one-of-a-kind vintage Champagne is a blend of 61% Chardonnay and 39% Pinot Noir, sourced from over 1,000 hectares of vineyards which include some of the best crus of the region.
Traditionally vinified, a portion of the Pinot Noir grapes were vinified as if to produce a red wine.
Once both fermentations were completed, the Champagne Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017 was aged for 96 months, that is, no less than 8 years, before being disgorged. It was added a dosage of 4.5 grams per liter.
This is one of the world's best and most sought-after Champagnes.
| Appearance | The Champagne Brut Dom Pérignon is medium yellow with some golden tinges. |

| Nose | Marvelously refined, this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has an enchanting aromatic purity. Ripe white fruit, flowers, freshly cut hay, slowly evolving into fine lees, custard and raw almonds. There is a subtle background of menthol, citrus and licorice. |
| Palate | Precise, focused and amazingly smooth, the palate of this Vintage Champagne leaves one speechless. Bubbles are extremely gentle, and acidity is both fresh and perfectly integrated. Extremely rich and complex, really kaleidoscopic, this Champagne of Maison Moet Chandon has a long finish reminiscent of dry fruit, candied fruit and French patisserie. |
| Our personal opinion | Elegant, complex, regal, the Champagne Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017 is simply marvelous. |
