A varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from Bodega Enate, the red wine Enate Cabernet-Cabernet is one of the botlings of the "Varietals Collection."
The first vintage of this Spanish red wine from Somontano was released in 2014. Like the rest of the varietal wines of the collection, this wine aims to express the particular qualities of a grape variety in a transparent way.
This varietal red wine from Somontano was sourced from the best plots of the winery: Salas Bajas and Alcanetos.
After a meticulous vinification with a long maceration period, winemaker Jesús Artajona decided to age the wine Enate Cabernet-Cabernet 2021 in new French oak barrels for 16 months.
The classy label of this varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from Enate was designed by the prestigious Ibiza-based German painter Erwin Bechtold.
