Enate Crianza 2021
Made from Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine Enate Crianza is produced in DO Somontano by bodega Enate.
Each of the grape varieties was separately vinified. Destemmed and gently crushed, both wine musts were separately macerated and fermented in contact with the grape skins in stainless steel tanks.
After that, this blended Spanish red wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged for 9 months. The Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French oak barrels and the Tempranillo in American oak barrels.
Finally, the red wine Enate Crianza 2021 was blended and further aged in stainless steel tanks.
This blended Crianza red wine wears a characteristic pink label, designed by the painter Víctor Mira.
It is advisable to decant this red wine from Somontano before drinking.
