Produced by Bodegas Tridente, a brand of Gil Family Estates, the wine Entresuelos is made solely from Tempranillo grapes.
This varietal Spanish red wine is sourced from differently aged vineyards, some of which are up to 100 years old. The vines are spread over 30 plots with sandy soils in the northern Spanish province of Zamora.
The grapes were harvested by hand and meticulously vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Entresuelos 2023 from Castilla y León was transferred into French oak barrels and aged for a period of 9 months.
