The wine Finca Viladellops Selecció Garnatxa is made by Bodega Finca Viladellops.
This Spanish red wine is sourced from Grenache vineyards planted in 1993 in the Garraf mountain range, a subzone of DO Penedès that, due to the limestone, fossil-rich soils and vicinity to the sea, produces wines with a distinctive mineral character
Manually harvested and selected both on site and in the cellar, each variety was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks. After undergoing a pre-fermentative maceration and alcoholic fermentation, this organic red wine went through malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
After that, the wine Finca Viladellops Selecció Garnatxa 2023 was aged for 12 months in the barrels. Finally, the wine was blended and kept for at least 12 months in the cellar before its release.
We suggest that you aerate this red wine from Penedès 30 minutes before you drink it.
