Goliardo A Telleira 2024
This is the new vintage of Goliardo A Telleira, a one-of-a-kind Spanish whtie wine crafted by the incomparable Raúl Pérez in collaboration with bodega Forjas del Salnés.
A varietal Albariño, the grapes are sourced from a single vineyard planted 45 years ago in the heart of DO Rías Baixas.
Hand-harvested, the grapes were fermented, and aged in 750-litre oak barrels for 12 months.
After that, the white wine Goliardo A Telleira 2024 was aged for 2-3 months at 30 metres underwater in containers specially designed to keep temperature, humidity and pressure constant.
The result is a remarkable Crianza white wine.
Aerate this white wine from Rías Baixas 30 minutes before drinking.
This is one of those exceptional, hard-to-find wines. Roughly 2,500 bottles produced. Grab one while you can!
