Produced in the Isle of Islay, Ileach Peated Islay Malt is a peaty Scotch Whisky which proudly exhibits the unmistakable Islay character.
After a meticullous distillation, this peated Whisky was aged for 3 years in American oak barrels.
Clean and bright, Ileach Peated Islay Malt is medium amber with some golden reflections. Balanced aromas of peat, smoke and honey, with a spicy touch and a sea-breeze intimation. Round, honeyed and gently bitter on the palate, with real complexity and a compelling finish with some saline and smokey remembrances.
Gently bittersweet, this young Whisky is amazingly balanced and pure.
