Details
This cheerful Cava Jané Ventura Reserva de la Música Brut Rosé is produced from the highest plots that the Jané Ventura winery owns in the Penedès region, at an altitude around 700 metres above sea level.
A varietal Grenache, this Spanish sparkling wine is sourced from vineyards certified organic.
Once in the cellar, the grapes were lightly macerated with the skins and fermented in tanks for 6 weeks, following the traditional method used to produce Cava.
After completing alcoholic and secondary fermentations, the Cava Jané Ventura Reserva de la Música Brut Rosé 2020 was aged for 30 months in the cellar.
Finally, this rosé organic rosé Cava wine was disgorged and added shipping liquor (in a proportion of 3 grams per litre).

This Cava is made from Grenache, so it is more consistent that the average rosé, while preserving freshness. Excellent value.
