A blend of Petit Verdot and Syrah, the wine Juan Gil Rosado is produced from dry-farmed vines certified organic, planted at an altitude over 700 metres above sea level, in the northern area of DO Jumilla.
This blended Spanish rosé wine from bodega Juan Gil was partially vinified in egg-shaped concrete diposits and partially in oak barrels under controlled temperature.
After being fermented, the wine Juan Gil Rosado 2024 matured for some months in the barrels.
The brief oak aging adds to this vegan rosé wine a nice touch of complexity and roundness.
