Produced by Celler Masroig, Les Sorts Blanc is a varietal White Grenache made from old vines scattered across several sites in DO Montsant.
The grapes were meticulously harvested and partially destemmed. Then this Spanish white wine was fermented in 300-litre French oak barrels with periodic stirrings of the lees.
After that, Les Sorts Blanc 2022 was aged on its lees in the barrels for 6 months
We suggest pairing this Montsant white wine with rice dishes, creamy cheeses and white meat recipes.

| Nose | This varietal White Grenache is rich and layered. Notes of white flowers combined with lactic notions and aromas of honey. The oak ageing shows in mild nuances of toast and spices over a fresh balsamic background. |
| Palate | With a silky entrance onto the palate, this wine from Celler Masroig shows an excellent balance between the notes of fruit, spices and flowers, nuanced by a very original hint of white chocolate. Excellent acidity and nice finish, long and persistent, with a creamy aftertaste. |
| Our personal opinion | We paired Les Sorts Blanc 2022 with a salmon papillote with fennel potatoes and olives. An excellent combination indeed. As an alternative, try it with creamy cheeses. |

Delighted to know you, les sorts white!! You're a very nice white garnacha!! Smooth, creamy, nicely textured and tart. Nice with roasted chicken.
