Produced by Bodega Losada Vinos de Finca, the 2022 vintage of the wine Losada is virtually a varietal Mencía, with a droplet of other white varieties.
The 40 to 80-year-old vines were harvested by hand, carefully selected, destemmed and gently crushed. Then this Spanish red wine from El Bierzo was vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After the completion of malolactic fermentation, this red wine from El Bierzo was aged for 12 months in year French oak barrels.
Finally, the wine Losada 2022 was clarified with vegetable gelatin and bottled unfiltered.
Pair this Crianza red wine with BBQ'd meat and cold meats.
