Produced by Luis Cañas, the wine Luis Cañas Reserva is made from Tempranillo and a dollop of Graciano (5%).
The grapes are sorted from 40-year-old vineyards located in Rioja Alavesa. They were carefully selected, destemmed and destemmed. Then this Spanish red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days with frequent pump-overs.
After that, this red wine from La Rioja was transferred into 2nd year French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels. There it completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for 24 months.
