Produced under the Corpinnat designation, Mas Candí Brut Nature is the entry-level Spanish sparkling wine of the Mas Candí winery. As usual, the exquisite craftmanship of winemakers Toni Carbó and Ramon Jané shines through.
A blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada grapes sorted from old grapevines, this Cava from Penedès was traditionally vinified. After the completion of both fermentations, it was aged for 24 months in the bottle.
Like the rest of the wines of Mas Candí, this Cava Brut Nature was produced with minimal intervention winemaking, letting the grapes and the soil speak for themselves.

Fresh, straightforward aromas of fine lees, citrus and nuts. This blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada also shows a note of bitter herbs.
Crisp and very pleasant, this sparkling wine of Celler Mas Candí is dry, fruit-driven and fresh. Bubbles are nicely integrated, and the acidity is excellent. This Penedès Brut Nature cava has a long finish with remembrances of dry fruit and spices.
