The white wine Miranius is made by Celler Credo, the still wine brand of celebrated sparkling wine producer Caves Recaredo.
This varietal Spanish white wine is sourced from organically certified Xarel·lo vines grown in three areas of DO Penedès: Plana del Penedès, Muntanyes de l’Ordal (400 metres above sea level) and Vall del Bitlles. The vines are tended following the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
The grapes were hand-picked and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Once bottled, the white wine Miranius 2024 was stored for some time in the cellar before hitting the market.
