Product Description

The well-known producer Bodegas Naia crafts Naia from estate-owned Verdejo vineyards around 30 years of age, located in the village of La Seca, DO Rueda.

The grapes were meticulously harvested, selected and cold-macerated. Then 30% of this Spanish white wine was fermented in 500 and 600-litre French oak barrels and oak vats, and the rest was fermented in stainless steel tanks.

After that, the wine was aged on lees for 4 months. Finally, Naia 2022 was blended and bottled.

Pair this white wine from Rueda with fish recipes, tapas and creamy cheese.

Additional Information
Additional Information

The white wine Naia is pale straw with some greenish tinges.

Nose Quite lively, this varietal Verdejo shows notes of yellow fruit, bone fruit, herbs, fennel, balsam and fine lees.

Elegant and delicately unctuous, this white wine from Bodegas Naia has a very good acidity. Some spicy nuances, combined with bitter touches and hints of citrus, fennel and tropical fruit. Long finish.

Our personal opinion

Fresh and pleasant, Naia 2022 is a textbook Verdejo.

Very good Verdejo. Pleasantly bitter, with good fruit and a solid body. Wonderful with creamy cheese.
