Bodega Vinyes dels Aspres, located in Cantallops, in the interior area of the northernmost corner of DO Empordà, is the producer of the interesting young white wine Oriol Blanc dels Aspres.
This blended Spanish white wine is made from White Grenache and Grey Grenache (locally known as Garnatxa Roja) in equal proportions, sourced from vineyards planted in granite and slate soils.
This white wine from Empordà was vinified in stainless steel tanks. After that, the white wine Oriol Blanc dels Aspres 2024 was bottled and kept for some months in the cellar before hitting the market.
