The vineyards grow in soils composed of slate and granite. Produced by Vinyes del Aspres, the grapes were separately harvested and selected in the vineyard.
Then they were vinified in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, the red wine Oriol Negre dels Aspres 2025 was blended, clarified and cold-stabilized.
