Full of Mediterranean character, Vermouth Padró & Co. Blanco Reserva is made by bodega Vermutería Padró & Co. in the village of Bràfim, Tarragona, south Catalonia.

This Spanish white vermouth is made from a base wine that is first infused with a selection of botanical ingredients and citrus peels. After some months, this white vermouth from Tarragona is blended with an aged mistela (a local type of sweet fortified wine), specially crafted for that purpose.

Straw coloured, this Reserva vermouth carries lively aromas of star anise, lemon verbena, chinchona bark and angelica, intertwined with notes of candied lemon and orange peel. The palate of Vermouth Padró & Co. Blanco Reserva is savoury and elegant, with a fresh passage and a gently bittersweet note, ending with a citrusy aftertaste.
