This Spanish golden vermouth by bodega Vermutería Padró & Co. is made from a structured, but flavourwise neutral Macabeo base wine, which is infused with markedly bitter botanic ingredients, like gentian and ragweed. After that, this Golden vermouth is aged for 9 months in semi new Chestnut oak barrels.

Golden coloured, the Vermouth Padró & Co. Dorado Amargo Suave has a characterful nose, showcasing dried herbs, undergrowth, spices and wormwood. The palate of this Golden vermouth from Tarragona is clean and refreshing, with a nice bittersweet balance and a gently spicy and dimly mineral finish.
