The wine Palacio Quemado Reserva is produced by the Palacio Quemado winery, a brand of Bodegas Alvear. In 2015, the company became a member of Grandes Pagos de España, an association of top Spanish wine producers.
The 2020 vintage is made from Tempranillo and a lesser percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, this Spanish red wine was produced from a selection of estate-grown grapes, which were meticulously harvested.
The Tempranillo and Cab. Sauvignon varieties were vinified in stainless steel tanks and the Syrah in concrete diposits. After that, this red wine from Ribera del Guadiana was transferred into 2nd year French and American oak barrels and aged for 18 months.
Finally, the red wine Palacio Quemado Reserva 2020 was bottled and aged for a further months before hitting the market.
