The sloe spirit Goita is a rare and exquisite Pacharán from Penedés produced by the Penitensis distillery, the project of three friends with a shared passion for quality spirits.
After producing the base spirit – an anise liqueur - through a very slow, carefully monitored process, the pacharán Penitensis Goita was macerated with high-quality sloes manually harvested from wild blackthorns located in the Serra del Montmell mountains, a mountain range in Baix Penedés.
Ruby-coloured with some violet reflections, this sloe liqueur is subtle and nuanced, with aromas of forest fruit and wild herbs and a delicate, well-rounded palate, ending with a fresh berryish note.
