Gin Penitensis Nanit Gin

The NaNit Gin is the debut release of the Penitensis distillery, a project of three friends with shared passion for quality spirits based in Llorenç del Penedès, Tarragona.

Produced with the London Dry Gin technique, this Penedès Gin is made from locally sourced juniper berries harvested at their optimal ripening time. A high-quality species of Juniper grows naturally in the forests of Serra del Montmell, a mountain range in the Baix Penedès area of Catalonia. The distillation process of this Catalan Gin was meticulous, carefully monitoring every step of the process.

Clean and aromatically original, Penitensis Nanit Gin carries amazingly pure notes of fresh juniper nuanced by Mediterranean herbs, with subtle hints of orchard fruits and flowers. The palate of this Spanish Gin is well-defined and fresh, ending with an elegant spicy note.
