The liqueur Blackberry Gin is made by the Penitensis distillery, the joint project of three friends from Penedés that share a passion for premium spirits.

The base component of this blackberry liqueur is the NaNit Gin, the flagship product of the company, crafted from wild juniper berries manually harvested in Serra del Montmell, a mountaing range in Baix Penedès, Catalonia.

After that, this Spanish Gin was infused with wild blackberries sourced in the same location, which were hand- picked at the optimal ripening time.

Deep purple, the liqueur Blackberry Gin carries aromas of black cherry fruit, with a fresh brushstroke of wild juniper. The palate of this liqueur from Penedès is smooth, pleasant and suggestive, nicely balancing the sweet and sour components, ending with an elegant berryish note.
