An artisan microdistillery in the heart of Penedès.

Located in Llorenç del Penedés, in the heart of Penedès, Destil·lería Penitensis was founded in 2023 by Marc Llobera, Josep Maria Romagosa and Josep Guasch, three friends with a common passion for quality spirits.

The flagship product of the Penitensis distillery is an small-batch London Dry Gin called Nanit Gin. The main ingredient, juniper, is sourced from wild juniper plants that grow naturally in Serra del Montmell, Baix Penedès, an area in which the species is widespread and produces berries of a very high quality. It is worth mentioning that soon after it was first released onto the market, Nanit Gin won a Silver Medal at the prestigious Catavinum awards.

In addition to Nanit Gin, the product catalogue of the Penitensis distillery comprises Gotia, a sloe liqueur; a sloe-infused Gin, Sloe Gin, and a blackberry-infused Gin, Blackberry Gin. All are crafted from locally sourced ingredients.
