The wine Perlat Syrah is made by Cellers Unió, one of Catalonia’s oldest and biggest wine coops. This Spanish red wine was one of the first varietal Syrah wines coming from DO Montsant.
The Syrah grapes are sourced from vineyards planted across the Montsant region. This red wine from Montsant was vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the red wine Perlat Syrah 2023 was aged for a minimum of 10 months in oak barrels.
