The wine Perlat Negre from bodega Cellers Unió, one of Catalonia’s biggest wine coops, comes from DO Montsant. This Spanish red wine was one of the first to bear the official DO seal.
A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah sourced from vineyards scattered across the region, this red wine from Montsant was vinified in stainless steel tanks. After that, the red wine Perlat Negre 2023 was aged for 10 months in oak barrels.
This Crianza red wine will pair nicely with meat recipes and stews.
