Details
Made by Bodegas Protos, the wine Protos Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from 30+-year-old vineyards situated in Pago La Virgen and from vineyards located in Pago Los Rosales, both in the DO Rueda.
The grapes were harvested at night and macerated for 4 hours. Then this Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, the wine Protos Sauvignon Blanc 2024 was aged for a couple of months on lees.
