Made by Bodegas Protos, the wine Protos Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from 30+-year-old Sauvignon Blanc vineyards situated in Pago La Virgen and from 10-year-old vineyards located in Pago Los Rosales, in the DO Rueda.
The grapes were harvested at night and macerated for 4 hours. Then this Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, the wine Protos Sauvignon Blanc 2025 was aged for 2 months on lees.
