Details
Made by Rafael Cambra, one of the most interesting winemakers among the new generation of Valencian producers, the wine Rafael Cambra Soplo is made from Grenache, 10% Monastrell and 10% Forcallà.
This Spanish red wine from DO Valencia was fermented in stainless steel tanks with 30% full clusters and periodic pump-overs. After a 10-day maceration, the red wine Rafael Cambra Soplo 2024 was aged fro 6 months in wooden vats.
This red wine from Valencia is gentle and smooth-textured. Perfect with light dishes and also on its own.
