Produced by the Rexach Baqués winery, the cava Rexach Baqués Brut Nature Gran Reserva is made from vineyards certified organic, located in one of the freshest zones in Penedès.
This Brut Nature Spanish sparkling wine is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, the three traditional Cava varieties.
Produced following the traditional method, after the completion of alcoholic fermentation the wine was bottled in order to complete secondary fermentation.
After that, the cava Rexach Baqués Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2020 was aged for a minimum of 40 months in the cellar.
Finally, this Cava Brut Nature Gran Reserva was manually disgorged and not added shipping liquor prior to its release.

Palate | Fresh and pleasant, this Gran Reserva sparkling wine has some tiny bubbles and a well-balanced acidity. Juicy notes of white fruit, aniseed, patisserie, spices and bitter herbs. This Cava of Bodega Rexach Baqués has a long, complex finish. |
