The wine Sàtirs Negre is the entry-level red of bodega Arché Pagès, a winery located in Capmany, a village in the northern part of the DO Empordà.
This blended Spanish red wine is made from Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from vineyards with granitic soils.
After a manual harvest, the grapes were refrigerated and destemmed before being fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then the red wine Sàtirs Negre 2021 was aged for some months in French oak barrels.
This red wine from DO Empordà was gently filtered and clarified before bottling.
| Appearance | The red wine Sàtirs Negre is medium purple with some cherry-coloured reflections. |
