The varietal wine Sers Primer Syrah from Somontano aims to convey the primary qualities of the Syrah variety in a transparent manner.
Produced by Bodegas Sers, the grapes were harvested in the wee hours of the morning. Once in the cellar, this Spanish red wine was macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, Sers Primer Syrah 2021 was gently filtered before its bottling.
It is advisable to decant this unoaked red wine from Somontano, for it may contain some natural sediment.
