Produced by Bodegas Sers, this Crianza red wine was vinified in stainless steel tanks.

Appearance

Nose

This blend of Syrah and Merlot is rather intense. Juicy aromas of plums and blackberries, enlivened by notes of spices and aromas of vanilla, liquorice, balsam and menthol.

Palate

Meaty and well-structured, this red wine of Bodegas Sers has a smooth texture and a refreshing acidity. Ripe black fruit, notes of toast and undergrowth and remembrances of sweet spices. Polished tannins and long, delicately bitter finish.

Our personal opinion

From the DO Somontano, Aragón, Sers Temple Merlot Syrah 2020 will pair excellently with a platter of cured meat and cheese.
