Details
As its name suggests, the wine Siós Nature from bodega Costers del Sió is a varietal Spanish red wine vinified with no added sulfites.
Made solely from Syrah, the grapes are sourced from an organically farmed 2-hectare parcel, called Hort del Marcial, situated in DO Costers del Segre, western Catalonia.
Handpicked and meticulously selected, the grapes were spontaneously fermented in open French oak barrels, with frequent punch-downs. After 10 days, this natural wine was aged for a brief period in the barrels.
Finally, the red wine Siós Nature 2023 was bottled unfined.
Pair this low-sulfites red wine with tapas, cheese platters and light dishes.
