Produced in the southern Catalan region of Terra Alta, the wine Tempus is produced by the Altavins winery.
This blended Spanish red wine is made from Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, all of them coming from low-yielding, over 30-year-old vineyards located near the town of Batea.
Harvested by hand in little boxes and macerated for 21 days in deposits, the grapes were fermented with their skins to increase the structure and complexity of this vegan wine.
After that, the red wine Tempus 2022 was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and for a further 12 months in the bottle prior to its commercial release.

| Palate | Gentle and meaty, this wine of the Altavins winery has a delicately warm core and a silky body. Fruit is skilfully balanced with the wooden notes, acidity is crisp and tannins are lively and pleasant. Long finish with remembrances of ripe fruit, balsam, flowers and cocoa. |
