Tombú 2024
A very original Spanish rosé wine from Castilla-León, the wine Tombú is produced solely from Prieto Picudo, a variety indigenous to northern Spain.
The 20-year-old vineyards are located at 850 meters above sea level and planted in clayey-limestone soils peppered with pebbles.
Harvested by hand and transported to the Dominio Dos Tares facilities in small boxes, the vinification began with the grapes being destemmed and smoothly pressed - but not macerated with the skins.
Then they completed both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. Finally, the wine Tombú 2024 was aged for 6 months on its lees.
This original rosé wine from Castilla y León is a great summer sipper.
