The wine Torralbenc Tinto is the signature Spanish red wine of Bodega Torralbenc, a project located in Alaior, an area of great natural beauty in the southeastern part of the enchanting island of Menorca.
A blend of Merlot and Syrah, this Spanish red wine from Menorca is sourced from vineyards grown in marés soils – a type of limestone characteristic of the island. - The grapes were separately harvested and went through both fermentations, alcoholic and malolactic, in stainless steel tanks.
After that, each variety was aged in French oak barrels for 14 months before blending. Once bottled, the red wine Torralbenc Tinto 2019 was kept for a substantial period of time in the cellar prior to being released.
We suggest aerating this Crianza red wine before drinking.
