Brandy Torres 10 Smoked Barrel Reserva Imperial

A reinterpretation of the legendary Torres 10 brandy through the lens of whisky, the brandy Torres 10 Smoked Barrel Reserva Imperial offers a new take on the traditional brandy from Penedès.

Distilled by the Torres winery from a careful selection of white wines from Penedès, this Spanish brandy was first aged in old American oak barrels using the soleras system. After that, this 10 year old brandy was finished in expertly charred American oak barrels, which imparted a distinctively smokey and spicy note.

Dark amber with some mahoganny reflections, the nose of this brandy from Torres showcases candied orchard fruit, vanilla, cinnamon and marshmallow, with lively notes of smoke and charcoal. The palate of the brandy Torres 10 Smoked Barrel Reserva Imperial is well-rounded and pleasantly warm, with an aftertaste reminiscent of candied nuts, toasted sesame seeds and chocolate.
