Produced by the VallDolina winery, the Cava Tutuasus Gran Reserva Brut Nature is an appealing Spanish sparkling wine from Penedès.
It is made from a blend of certified organic grapes of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, the Cava triad, complemented with a tiny amount of Chardonnay.
Produced following the traditional Champenoise method, after the completion of alcoholic and secondary fermentations, both under controlled temperature, the sparkling wine Tutusaus Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2022 was aged for 30 months in the cellar.
