A household name from the increasingly talked about DO Terra Alta, the Edetària winery is the producer of the wine Via Edetana Blanc.
This Spanish red wine is made solely from White Grenache grapes sourced from 40-year-old, certified organic vineyards grown in panal - fossilized dunes - soils
After a careful vinification in stainless steel tanks, half of the wine was aged for 5 months in 500-litre French oak barrels, while the other half was aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, the white wine Via Edetana Blanc 2024 was filtered and blended.
