Produced by Bodegas Vizcarra, Vizcarra Senda del Oro (meaning "Path of Gold") is, as usual, a varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
It is produced from the youngest vines - 15 years old on average - of the winery's 35-hectare estate.
Made in DO Ribera del Duero, this Spanish red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 14 days with 3 daily pump-overs.
Then Vizcarra Senda del Oro 2022 was aged for a brief period of 7 months in French and American oak barrels.
This is a fresh, easy-to-drink red wine from Ribera del Duero.
