El Sentir del Peregrino

The young distillery El Sentir del Peregrino was founded in the early 2020s in the city of Vigo, in the northern Spanish region of Galicia. The company specializes in producing quality Spanish vermouth from locally sourced ingredients.

The product portfolio of the El Sentir del Peregrino distillery is currently comprised of two fine examples of Galician vermouth, the white vermouth Peregrino Blanco and the red vermouth Peregrino Rojo. Both are made from a base wine of Godello, a white variety indigenous to Galicia, distilled five times, aged in used oak barrels – Peregrino Rojo – and macerated with a selection of local botanical ingredients.
