The vermouth Peregrino Blanco is produced by the El Sentir del Peregrino distillery from Vigo, Galicia.

The base wine of this Spanish white vermouth is made from Godello, a characterful and aromatic indigenous Galician white variety. After 3 months in stainless steel tanks and five distillations, this Galician vermouth was slowly macerated with 31 local botanicals.

The vermouth Peregrino Blanco is pale gold with some bright reflections. The nose of this white vermouth from Galicia is quite original, displaying flowers, herbs and orchard fruit, with some spicy and citrusy overtones. Fresh and complex, the palate of this Godello vermouth has a peachy layer punctuated by some bitterish notes, ending with a note of spices, abisnthe and white flowers.
