It is crafted solely from Pinot Noir, the emperor of red grapes.
The Pinot Noir macerates for 12 to 24 hours with the skins to obtain its intense color and fragrant aromas. Then Maria Casanovas Pinot Noir Rosado was aged for a minimum of 18 months.
A great Spanish rosé cava that we should enjoy over the next 3 to 4 years.
Open Maria Casanovas Pinot Noir Rosado 30 minutes before drinking.
The Cava Maria Casanovas Pinot Noir Rosado has a deep cherry colour with some steely tinges.
Suggestive and delicate aromatic expression. Notes of juicy red fruit accompanied by creamy nuances, typical of Pinot Noir, alongside some hints of strawberry yogurt, mint and herbs. Nice toasted and floral aromas over a balsamic background.
Delicacy and finesse. A passage that is dry and fresh, intertwined with sensations of pastry, wild berries, bitter herbs, menthol and some creamy and floral remembrances. This rosé Cava by Maria Casanovas has some gentle bubbles, crisp acidity and a finish that is persistent and slightly bitter.
